Santosha Circle is a free community gathering where we breathe, move, and regulate together through guided e-motion meditation, restorative movement, and breathwork. These sessions nurture emotional steadiness and connection, reminding you that you are not alone and that support can be soft, shared, and deeply human.

Embodied Energetics is a nervous-system-informed practice where the language of the body meets the movement of energy. Blending applied Polyvagal-informed yoga, breath, sound healing, e-motion meditation, Reiki and principles of Somatic Experiencing, this work supports the release of emotional tension and the restoration of balance. Through embodied awareness, you cultivate a felt sense of safety, honour your emotional tides, and reconnect with presence from the inside out.

Soul Embodiment offers a deeply personal mentorship journey, guiding individuals to integrate their essence and show up with patience, compassion, and connection for themselves and those they care for. It is for those who feel pulled in every direction, wearing masks to meet the demands of life, and realising that in doing so, they’ve lost touch with themselves and others. Rooted in the principles of Human Design, Yoga Philosophy, intuitive guidance, and nervous-system-informed practices of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, you are supported to reconnect with your true nature. Through this journey, you learn to move from performance to presence, navigate emotional overwhelm with ease, and translate tension and reactivity into embodied wisdom, allowing you to respond with patience, compassion, and connection when holding space for the people that matter most.
