The Connection Pathway of Finding Santosha is here to help you reclaim that presence. With over a decade working with children, my work draws on nervous-system-informed practices, developmental theory and and relational neuroscience, to help you not only strengthen your capacity to meet your child authentically but also navigate challenges, and advocate for them within the “village” of family, school, and community.

This pathway isn’t about fixing yourself or your child, it’s about returning to your inner wisdom, cultivating connection with your children, and learning to respond to their needs rather than strive for perfection in the moments that matter most.

Through yoga, breath, sound, energy healing, and somatic practices, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and cultivate steadiness so you can meet your child with presence, patience, and calm.

A deeply personal mentorship for parents who want to lead from presence, not performance. the principles of Human Design, Yoga Philosophy, intuitive guidance, and nervous-system-informed practices of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, you’ll reconnect with your true self and develop the capacity to parent with clarity, groundedness, and authentic connection.

(Mentorship/ Coaching)


A 4-part relational, nervous-system-informed coaching journey that brings together self-regulation, conscious parenting, and school support.

1) Self-Regulation: Self regulation for effective co-regulation and conscious connection.

2) Seeing your Child - With your system more regulated, put down the past patterns that frames your parenting perspective and let yourself truly see your child for who they are. Using HD, Doshas and astrology specialists to decode your child’s unique blueprint and see them authentically.

3) Systemic Review - With an understanding of who you are and who they are, you get to build a village that works for you. Explore family structures, rhythms and routines to build body-based safety, resilience, freedom in expression and restore connection through tools and techniques for effective co-regulation.

4) School Support - At the end of our work together, you will receive a document outlining your unique child and frameworks that work in the classroom to support them in school settings. This work empowers you, as a parent, to effectively advocate for your child.
