Antonia

Founder of Finding Santosha

At Finding Santosha we help parents, teachers and children regulate, reconnect and thrive through a brain-body approach to wellbeing, education and nervous system health.

After more than a decade working as a teacher and curriculum leader across London, Dubai and Europe, I witnessed first-hand how deeply our nervous system states affect the way we teach and connect with children as well as how they learn. I realised that beneath learning, behaviour and wellbeing sat something we rarely spoke about in education: the nervous system.

This discovery led me to train further in nervous system-informed and body-based approaches in order to support regulation, connection and sustainable wellbeing for teachers, parents and children through Finding Santosha. My work now bridges developmental psychology (BSc), education theory (PGCE) and modern nervous system science (PVT & SE) with practical embodied tools (Yoga 550+h YTT).
