1. Santosha Circle
(Free Community)
A space to gather, breathe, and regulate together. Through guided e-motion meditation, restorative movement, and breathwork these group sessions nurture emotional steadiness and connection in community, reminding us we’re not alone in our unfolding.
2. Embodied Energetics
(Yoga + Energy Healing Hybrid)
A nervous-system-informed practice offering applied Polyvagal theory Yoga, Breath, Sound Healing, E-motion Meditation, Energy Healing (Reiki & Crystal Reiki) and principles of Somatic Experiencing, to ease emotional tension and restore balance. You’ll restore a felt sense of safety, recognise and honour your emotional tides, regulate your inner world, and cultivate presence through embodied awareness.
3. Soul Embodiment
(Mentorship/ Coaching)
A deeply personal journey of remembering, integrating, and expressing your soul’s essence through Human Design, Yoga philosophy, intuitive guidance, principles of Somatic Experiencing and nervous system healing (Polyvagal Theory). You’ll develop the capacity to live and lead from your true nature, grounded, connected, and in alignment with purpose.
